2. Scope of Services
Luxgard offers:
- Transport inside the EU
- CargoX (ACI) documentation support
- EUR.1 certificate coordination
- RoRo & container shipping arrangements
Luxgard acts as a logistics coordinator and service provider, working with third-party carriers, ports, and authorities.
3. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to:
- Provide accurate and complete shipment information
- Ensure legal ownership of goods/vehicles
- Comply with import/export regulations in destination country
- Provide required documents on time
Any delays or penalties caused by incorrect information are the responsibility of the client.
4. Documentation & Compliance
Luxgard assists with CargoX, EUR.1, and shipping documentation. However:
- Final responsibility for compliance remains with the client
- Customs decisions are made by official authorities
- Luxgard is not liable for rejection due to incorrect or incomplete data provided by the client
5. Shipping & Delivery
- Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary
- Luxgard is not responsible for delays caused by ports, customs, weather, or third parties
- Risk transfer may depend on agreed shipping terms (Incoterms)
6. Payments
- All services must be paid as agreed before execution
- Additional costs (customs, port fees, taxes) are not included unless stated
- Late payments may result in delays or service suspension
7. Liability Limitation
Luxgard is not liable for:
- Indirect or consequential losses
- Delays outside our control
- Damages caused by third-party transporters or shipping lines
Clients are advised to obtain cargo insurance.
8. Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing
- Refund eligibility depends on service stage
- Completed services are non-refundable
